Our Blood Donor Program

   Our feline blood donors are cats who had treatable conditions but otherwise would have been put to sleep. They were turned over to the hospital where they received the treatment they needed. Occasionally they are called upon to donate blood in order to save other pets. Afer their specified time is over they are "retired" and adopted to a loving home. This is most often to staff members who have fallen in love with them during their tenure.
