Waiting rooms can be stressful for pets. Mass-RI understands, and has developed a specialized triage system to make our emergency care more efficient. Each pet is evaluated upon arrival at our hospital, and patients are prioritized by urgency level.

This ensures that all pets receive the help they need—and in most cases, it reduces the time that you’ll spend waiting to be seen by a doctor.
